Contact (E-mail/Form)

When you contact us (e.g., via contact form or e-mail), we process the personal data you provide. A valid e-mail address is required so we can identify the sender and respond. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. The specific data collected through a contact form depends on the form itself.

We use this data solely to process your inquiry, communicate with you, and ensure the necessary technical administration. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your inquiry relates to entering into a contract, processing is additionally based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Social Media Plug-ins

Based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, we use plug-ins, links, and social media buttons for informational and promotional purposes. When visiting our website, data may be transmitted to the respective provider (including outside the EU), stored, and processed there. If you are logged in to the provider’s platform, your visit to our site can be linked to your account.

Interactions such as “Share,” “Like,” or forwarding content are also transmitted and may be linked to your profile. Social networks use this data for business, marketing, and advertising purposes, including profiling and personalized advertising. For details on data collection and use by each provider, as well as your rights and privacy settings, please refer to the respective social media platform’s privacy notice.

Links to Other Websites

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties. Once you click such a link, we have no control over the data collected and used by those third parties. Please consult the privacy notices of those providers for details. We assume no responsibility for data collection and processing by third parties. You can recognize third-party websites by the fact that they always open in a separate browser window, whereas our own pages open in a new browser tab.

We will only disclose your personal data if:

  • it is legally permissible and necessary to perform contractual relationships with you.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device and do not contain viruses, trojans, or other harmful software.

We use cookies primarily to make our services more user-friendly. For example, session cookies recognize that you have already visited certain pages; they are automatically deleted when you leave. We also use temporary cookies stored for a defined period; when you revisit, your settings are recognized.

Additionally, cookies help us statistically analyze usage and improve our services.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being saved or to display a notification before a cookie is set. Please note: disabling cookies entirely may mean some features of our site will not work. If you use browser extensions that block ads or tracking (e.g., Adblock Plus, uBlock Origin) or privacy settings that block cookies, we fully respect that.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Information collected (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, time of access, etc.) is transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored.

This information is used to evaluate website use, compile reports, and provide related services for market research and site optimization. Your IP address will not be merged with other Google data. IP anonymization is enabled.

You may prevent cookies by configuring your browser, or you can install the browser add-on available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. More info: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

We also use Google Ads Conversion Tracking. If you arrive via a Google ad, a cookie valid for 30 days is placed. It only records whether a visit came from a Google ad; it does not identify you personally. You can prevent this in your browser settings.
